“When I embarked on my personal adventure of self-employment in the field of “karaoke room rental”, I had a clear idea on how everything should look, from where I get my electronics and which karaoke system will be installed. As the planning of the boxes and their electrical installation at YUME Karaoke-Box came closer, it became more and more evident that this would not be an easy undertaking. The search for the right and above all compatible devices was not an easy one and the risk of a mistake was extremely high.
One day I stumbled upon SUNVIG and only 1 day later I already had a one to one with Marcel, the founder of SUNVIG! Not only did I like his competent appearance and his immense know-how in regards of the karaoke industry – he also knew exactly what the market needed and that was an all-in-one solution for companies like mine. An installation that covers everything from microphones and audio systems to a song catalog covering all the classics as well as the newest songs on the charts – all at an extremely high quality!
As we decided to move forward with SUNVIG, they kept their promise of guiding us through all the planning and installation. Not only was there always someone of the team reacting immediately to our problems/questions, but also competently implemented everything as we wished for.
We have now been open for only one month now and both, software and all the PlayPanels have convinced us all along the line! Also the monthly extension of the song catalog and their playlists with songs from all over the world helps extremely to address visitors of all ages and origins.
The visitors are enthusiastic about the system and the karaoke fever has caught everyone so far, leading all guests without exception to extend their booking time.
The cooperation with SUNVIG was a huge lucky punch for us and I am happy to be able to step into the future with Marcel and his amazing team!
